My appointment was scheduled for 2pm and I received a call at 8:00am asking if I wanted an earlier appointment. I received a call informing me that the technician, Daniel Harris was on the way. I received a text message from Relief with an image of Daniel, his rating score, and tracking information to confirm his arrival time. My heating system was repaired in a timely manner and I received A1 service! Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and provided excellent advice. The best HVAC service ever received. I am a licensed general contractor and Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC provided the best HVAC service ever received. The initial call, the prompt response of initial quote, knowledge and performance of work completed, time to complete task and the commitment of excellent communication throughout the entire process is rated 5 stars. They installed a new HVAC system with ducts, vents and thermostat all code compliant. Thanks for a job well done. I will definitely use this company again.
