Reviews frequently mention courteous technicians who explain findings and options clearly. Many customers note honest diagnostics, timely completion of work, and clean installations. There are repeated mentions of help optimizing multi-zone comfort and value in ongoing maintenance plans. A smaller number of comments raise questions about post-installation paperwork and credits.

My son called Webb to diagnose his heatpump because the blower motor would not come on. Michael, the technician came out today, checked it out and informed the wife that the capacitor to the blower needed replaced. I very much appreciate this guy being honest about the repair. He even moved the capacitor to a better location for easy access. Will be using this company again in the future for their good service and honesty!

Service Tech, Juan was an absolute rockstar today!!! He was very helpful by showing me how to optimize work this double climate zone furnace/ac unit I've got, so its not "hotter than 400 degreez" upstairs and "cold as a polar bears toe nails" downstairs!...
So to speak, if you get what I'm sayin'!????????

I'd give that brother 10 ??'s if I were able to! This guy is absolutely someone that you'd want to lock down and be a reliable, life long employee, I can definitely say that for sure!
Thank you so much Mr Juan! You're a good man, my brother! ?? ?? ??

From beginning to end, the service and professionalism from Webb’s was outstanding.
Walker, my technician, was very courteous and polite and he completed the job in a timely manner. I will absolutely use them in the future for any heating and a/c needs.

My wife and I are long time customers of Webb and have a service agreement with them. We have had no problems with maintenance work on our two units.

My problem relates to the installation of a new downstairs unit in early July, 2025. We had no problems with the installation crew and have had no problems with the new unit.

We spent over $15,000 for the new unit and were told it qualified for a $2,000 energy tax credit. I went to the Webb office in Greensboro the day after installation and paid the invoice and asked the woman processing my payment about the QPR code (assigned by the IRS) for Lennox which I will need to claim the tax credit on my 2025 tax return. She told me I needed to communicate that request to the sales rep who quoted the installation to us.

I sent an email to the sales rep on July 13, 2025 requesting the code.

Not receiving a response, I sent another email to the sales rep on July 30, 2025.

Both emails to the sales rep were sent to the email address listed on his business card he gave me. Neither email was returned undeliverable.

Not receiving a response to the second email, I sent an email to the operations person in the Advance office on August 11, 2025. I never received a response from that person.

How does a business think it’s OK to ignore a customer email asking for some information needed to claim a tax credit which helps sell their product?

As a returning customer, I’m glad I stuck with my choice of Webb Heat & Air. Chris, the tech appraiser, provided me with a fair and honest quote, clearly laying out the options so I could simply choose what worked best. The installation team that replaced my AC and air handler arrived early, worked professionally, and completed everything neatly. I also decided to subscribe to Webb’s annual maintenance package, which gives me complete peace of mind about my home’s AC system. Highly recommend their service!
