Recently, it was time to have my home heating and a/c updated. Asif was great in initially walking me thru the various options and coordinating the energy/home reno saving audit. Varun, along with a couple of assistants over the course of three and a half days, did a great job of removing the old furnace and installing the heat pump system during the cold start to December. Final inspection and setting up/demonstrating the new thermostat was completed by Asif and Hung, and the system has been operating wonderfully. During the whole process, Asif and his crew were great to deal with, answering all my questions, and providing timely updates when required. Looking forward to using Aido Climate Solutions for future projects/updates and the annual servicing of the equipment installed.

Called Aido Climate to help us out with a water softener problem at my workplace. After calling a dozen plumbers and water companies, Aido was the only one who would take the job. Their technician was scheduled to come out right away and service was so fast. Communication was very easy and pleasant. The technician gave me a 20 minute heads up before they arrived so we were prepared. The technician Hung V. Also was very friendly and personable. Explained everything so that we understood the issues, possible solutions, costs, and options available to us. The initial diagnostic fee also goes towards the cost of any repairs we choose to do. So overall 10/10 service, I highly recommend them.
I called Aido Climate solutions at 8 am on a Friday morning and they were able to provide a service visit, a sales visit, and install a brand new furnace all in just 32 hours. Excellent work! Great experiences with Abdul first for the service call. He very carefully took me through his troubleshooting. Next with Shawn in sales. He is very professional and personable, understanding the concerns of a customer having a December breakdown. Shawn went over the options and was very informative. Varinder and Tanuj were great guys for the install. Very prompt, friendly, cleaned up well and did a great job! Thanks Aido, I will recommend you to everyone I know.
Latif helped us out with the tuneup of our Air Handler. He not only walked us through the entire process but also shared information on the inner workings of the overall system.
