Air Wave responded promptly the day I called with a leaking hot water tank. Knowledgeable and friendly technician. Confirmed it was a leaky tank and helped me contact Them to activate warranty and get a new heater from Home Depot. Other than the time spent waiting on the phone with Them and Home Depot, it was all a good experience. When I got the new tank the next day, the same technician came (like that) and although he was 2vhours later than originally scheduled, did a quick and efficient job. I was very happy with the work except for the fact that they turned the gas off to the furnace and didn't turn it back on. I noticed the cold first thing in the AM and was able to restart the furnace. Overall very happy with the service.
