Good service but grossly overpriced!I paid $190 for an initial diagnostic on our water heater, which was said would be applied against the cost of the repair if we went ahead.We went ahead, when the 2nd tech (not the same who did the diagnostic) was done, he tried to charge me again for the initial $190 fee. Thank goodness I was paying attention....Long story short, total repair for a 20 minute job cost me $690.When I called the Oosterveld office for clarity about the costs & service time, I got a bunch of garbage about "market pricing & what not" her words, not mine.So I grudgingly paid the bill & have this to say:$200 repair part$170/hr labor rate - but he was here only 20 minutes$48 hsttotal true cost = $418 total costConclusion = RIP OFFThey pocketed a smooth $272 for a 20 minute repair.Good for your Oosterveld, you crooks! That's a month of gas in the car you cost me.I WILL NOT USE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.Good luck if you do.

Just had my furnace looked at as it wasn't producing enough heat. I called Oosterveld and the entire process was completed extremely well. From my introduction on the phone, to the service tech that came to inspect the furnace.Called in the morning and Ryan arrived a few hours later ( and not even an emergency call). The level of professionalism was top notch. His inspection was though and reviewed all the details with me. Abrahan was very professional, knowledgeable and fully explained all our options to allow us to make the right choices for heating and cooling in our home. The installation technicians Erwin B and Jason S worked quickly and efficiently. You wouldn’t even know that they were in our home as they left the area they worked in clean and tidy. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of this product and the price.
I was very happy with Oosterveld. From the start Theresa in sales offered very competitive pricing for my new conventional water heater. It was stocked and ready for delivery the next day. Mark & Yogi were extremely professional with their installation. They answered all the questions I had for them and taught me a few things about furnaces and water softeners too!
