From the moment we first contacted Good Air until the invoice was paid, the experience was very positive. The booking team provided me with a series of available dates allowing me to select the one that worked best for us. The dates were confirmed and then we received regular follow-up until the on-site team arrived (ontime!) The work included cleaning the ducts as well as the HRV. Overall it took the team less than originally scheduled and they even suggested a pause so we could finish our lunch in the kitchen! The invoice was presented and the team went over the details. Payment was seemless and the follow-up has been appropriate. Would definitely recommend!

Jeff D was outstanding.
He arrived exactly when expected and messaged beforehand to confirm he was on his way. He removed his shoes without being asked and listened carefully while I explained the situation and showed him where each HRV component was located.

He diagnosed and fixed an issue inside the HRV (a connection that had not been hooked up), and he also repaired my wall control panel, which hadn’t been functioning since the motherboard was replaced over a year ago. I feel genuinely relieved and grateful to finally have everything working properly again.

He returned when one of my timers was turning on and off at random (IMO) and competently addressed this little issue with a quiet & methodical problem-solving approach.

I highly recommend Jeff (& Good Air) for his professionalism, clarity, and competence.
