Great service throughout the whole process. We installed mini split heat pumps. Very friendly and helpful people in administration and technician departments. Many thanks to Katie, Emma and Mary in administration. Great communication. They answered any and all questions promptly and made the paperwork portion very easy to complete. Big shout out to techs Darrel, Jeremy and Cherish. The installation process was smooth and didnt take all day. They were very accommodating for a family household with small kids.

I recently had GreenPump install a ducted heatpump in my home and everything was seamless from start to finish.During the initial assessment they explained why they were recommending a particular brand,answered all my questions and when I asked them to give me a week to think about things there was no pressure they didn't try to rush my decision.When they reached back out they answered more questions and I never felt I was being talked into anything. The installer Daniel and his crew showed up on time, were professional, and tidied everything up when they were done. Daniel took the time to explain how everything works and even told me a few helpful things for down the road. The office staff has been great,following up that everything went well and managing a small request I had. Very Happy with the service I received from the Greenpump staff. Kyle was very helpful with the paperwork for rebates and walked me threw the whole process. The Technicians were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and had my 2 new heat pumps installed in great time. All around a pleasant experience from start to finish.
