Matt
You can tell a lot about a company by how they run the administrative side of their house, and Samantha and Kayla in the office are great. The ducted propane add on heat pump that Brody’s crew installed for me is top notch!
Joan Davison Atkinson
Everyone in this organization was efficient, and knowledgeable. We had a great team installing our system …most impressive!
Kenneth Purcell
We were looking into removing our oil furnace and hot water tank and replacing them with heat pumps and a electrical hot water tank. We found and contacted Nova Heat Pumps. They are very professional and were also the best price. In addition, they upgraded our electrical panel to accommodate the new items. It was real nice to contact one company that could take care of everything ( Removal of the old and installing of the new). Brodie, and his teams were very efficient and did an amazing job. We love our new heat pumps and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to lower their carbon foot print.

We recently had Nova Heat Pumps install 2 Mitsubishi outdoor units with a total of 5 heads and we have been pleased with their performance thus far. From the beginning of the process with the assessor, to the office staff, and installation crew we found them to be very efficient, friendly, and responsive to any questions we had. We had a few minor deficiencies after install, I mention this as a plus simply because things do happen, but the response is what counts. Their response was excellent from the time of making the call to them quickly dealing with these minor issues. We would definitely recommend this company.

Nova Heat Pumps have been fantastic to deal with. We have some older heat pumps and one needed some repair. The communication was top notch through the whole process.
They came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, looked into different options, then came back and fixed the issue.
Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nova Heat Pumps have been nothing but top notch! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and affordable. The pricing was great, the service was outstanding, and the Mitsubishi units they installed are hands down the best on the market. Highly recommend Nova Heat Pumps to anyone looking to upgrade their home comfort
