Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the quotation process. He took the time to clearly explain the available options, answer my questions thoroughly, and ensure the proposed solution met my needs. His communication was prompt and transparent, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. We had such a positive experience with Presidential Ventilation! We had three heat pumps installed in our home and we cannot say enough positive things from start to finish. We met with Nick initially, who walked us through the whole process -- he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The administration staff were very quick to answer all of our questions via email and were very helpful. And the team that installed the heat pumps were fantastic! They were very professional and knowledgeable, they offered us suggestions that were very helpful regarding heat pump placement, and they (literally!) left the house cleaner than they found it. We could not be more impressed! We would recommend this group to anyone!

Absolutely fabulous service from everyone at Presidential. Were it not for Presidential we would not have applied to efficiency NS. Everyone from Shane on thru to the electricians who did the electrical upgrades needed to bring our early 1800's home into the 21st century to the team that installed the ducted heatng system were incredible. Knowedgable, friendly, explained the process every step of the way. Not only do I strongly recommend this company for aanyone looking to install a heat pump, but no other company will ever do heat pump installations on my homes.

Wow that was easy. After going through 3 months of some house renos that resulted in me making a decision to take out my oil-fired forced hot air furnace and replacing with a ducted heat pump, the installation of the heat pump was the easiest thing that happened during the renos. Scott was so helpful and great at checking in on the day of install. You sent me an awesome crew (I think there was Jake, Bryce and others whose names I can't remember) who were professional and helpful any time I asked a question. The office team (Krystal) has been so helpful getting all the details worked out for signing up for the maintenance plan. Really appreciate the excellent service so far!

We just had our annual maintenance check completed by Britany. We are very pleased with the service. Britany was a pleasure to chat with. Her background, experience and knowledge is impressive and she was very helpful in explaining our heat pump system, as we had many questions.
