Brooks Heating & Air was amazing – they arrived at the being of the promise window which was only 2 hours and squeezed me in that day because my furnace was down. They were professional, courteous, and got the job done quicker than promised. My new furnace was installed the following day. The technicians Chris and Andre explained everything in plain language and went over and above to sync my other equipment to my new furnace. I was especially impressed with their efficiency and cleanliness. They were honest, dedicated to their word and did a great job. The new Napoleon furnace they installed in my home brought the temperature for 12 to 20 in an hour. Also, Peter was amazing at answering all my annoying questions the day before which made me feel comfortable choosing them to buy with. Highly recommend!
