I called Brooks Heating & Air for a furnace repair and the whole experience was outstanding. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything was reliable, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and timely. The technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time, explained the issue clearly, replacing the furnace and air conditioner quickly, and left the work area clean. I appreciated that they also offer 24/7 emergency service even though I didn’t need it. Highly recommend for any HVAC service.

Brooks Heating and Air were excellent from beginning to job completion. We had a furnace failure. The replacement of the furnace and the air conditioner (which we chose to include) went smooth. From Andrew, Peter, Piyush and Johnathan it was a completely good experience and always informative. Thorough, courteous, straightforward discussions and conduct from each. If you decide to shop around be sure to include Brooks in your top candidates.

I did a service call to Brooks, to diagnose our furnace issue, Im so thankful for their immediate response. Andrew & Tom showed up on time. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Andrew is very informative in details and explained whatever my questions. Very impressive job, both of them have a great team work. I highly recommend Brooks Heating & Air.

Brooks Heating & Air was amazing – they arrived at the being of the promise window which was only 2 hours and squeezed me in that day because my furnace was down. They were professional, courteous, and got the job done quicker than promised. My new furnace was installed the following day. The technicians Chris and Andre explained everything in plain language and went over and above to sync my other equipment to my new furnace. I was especially impressed with their efficiency and cleanliness. They were honest, dedicated to their word and did a great job. The new Napoleon furnace they installed in my home brought the temperature for 12 to 20 in an hour. Also, Peter was amazing at answering all my annoying questions the day before which made me feel comfortable choosing them to buy with. Highly recommend!

Andrew came out to fix our fireplace insert. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend Brooks for any heating and air needs. They have looked after our home for many years and we always have a great experience.
