Ice storm of Dec 28 2025 resulted in power outage followed by power surge causing many electronic devises in our home to fail, including our furnace. With busy holiday schedules and a large Christmas gathering at our home on the 29th, Kyle was able to come through once again. Mother board replaced , parts and labour under warranty, completed on the 29th before guests arrived.Kyle has been our ' go to ' HVAC contact for years ( replaced furnace and A/C ) and he and his team have always provided fantastic, prompt and fairly priced work .Highly recommend .
We would welcome Kyle and any of the four members of his team that we’ve met so far into our home anytime. They are all considerate, caring, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They take pride in their work and leave you with a professional job well done at a reasonable price. We have had them in to remedy a problem with our gas stove and on different occasions to install a new air humidifier, a furnace and most recently, a hot water tank. All done to our complete satisfaction.
Kyle and his team are the best in the business! Our furnace died on the Friday and after a quick call to Kyle he had me setup for the next day (a weekend no less) and the team that came out was unbelievably efficient and helpful. Done in just a couple of hours and the price was thousands less than other quotes we received for a comparable unit. Terrific customer service highly recommend!
