We have used this company many times now and it has always been a positive experience. Otto is fantastic and personable. He is also the only person, and there have been many, to actually take the time to look into our heat pump, that we inherited when purchasing the house, and the ideal settings for it with our thermostat. We have recommended them to neighbours who have shared our same positive experiences.

Had a humidifier replaced and couldn’t be happier. Pricing was fair, Otto was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. Installation was completed within a few days, with text confirmation and all necessary work done including changing the old leaky valve. Highly recommend.

Otto came by this week to fix our AC, which for some reason wouldn't turn on. He was kind, friendly, respectful of personal space and lovely with our energetic dog!
Otto worked quickly to diagnose the issue and identify what was needed to complete the job. He came back to the house with a part he needed after working with us to find a convenient time. He then had to further troubleshoot, as it turns out there was more than one thing going wrong!
We appreciated Otto's excellent customer service and friendly, 'can do' attitude. He knows his business.
