We were lucky to have Cameron as our HAMCO furnace service tech in our home today. He is, in my opinion, an excellent example of a professional who knows how to properly & courteously conduct himself in a residential setting. Cameron called just ahead of his visit to let us know he was on the way, arriving within the allotted timeframe with all necessary tools, equipment & documentation required for this service, packaged in a polite & warm greeting at the door. He asked if it was ok to wear his boots downstairs while working; once ok'd he carried his boots in hand downstairs and then back up to the foyer once done. Upon completion Cameron presented a completed maintenance report which was legible, clear & easy to understand. He cleaned up the work area, leaving it as clean as he found it. He is welcome in our home any time.

Derek from Hamco did a great job installing a new humidifier. We found to be: 1. Courteous - he called before showing up, 2. Considerate - he took off his boots when he arrived, 3. Professional - his workmanship was top notch and 4. Tidy - the work area was left clean

We recently connected with Hamco to inspect our boiler. We discovered serious CO2 issues and required immediate support given the cold January weather. Najim gave us a quote for a new condo boiler/ water heater, providing a competitive quote and arranging for immediate installation. Adam F and Shamar arrived the next day to take care of the challenging installation. After 10 hours of effort they left us with a warm, spotless home. They were highly skilled, efficient and courteous. We are VERY impressed with the entire Hamco team and highly recommend them.

Derek from Hamco was fabulous in ensuring our gas fireplace was evaluated and he left it in working order. His knowledge is top notch and he provided this homeowner with fabulous education for future needs with the gas fireplace. A pleasant and knowledgeable employee of Hamco. Definitely recommend his services. The service call was punctual and did not need to wait long even though it was not an emergency call. Happy to be cozy again.

We got tankless and furnace service. Christian showed up on time as scheduled. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick. Offered tips and tricks for us to maintain our equipment and provided a full report for each appliances. We asked for a flush on our tankless but he advised that we were missing components to effectively do it. He offered the solution and timeline when we could do the service without causing issue to the unit. 10/10 recommend Hamco...well Christian who represents them Will have them back again for future service and or repairs
