Mingledorffs - Hattiesburg

I had an excellent experience here, and Scott truly made all the difference. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made the whole process stress-free.

I frequently visit this location for equipment pickups and am always impressed by the speed of service. I would like to extend my gratitude to Charles for his hard work and professionalism. It is a pleasure doing business with a team that values efficiency, and I look forward to our continued partnership.

I cannot recommend Scott and his HVAC services highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was professional, transparent, and incredibly efficient. ?It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their craft. Scott didn't just 'fix' the issue; he took the time to explain the mechanics of the system, offered long-term maintenance advice, and ensured everything was running at peak performance before he left. He arrived exactly when he said he would. ? His technical knowledge is second to none—he diagnosed a complex issue in minutes that others had missed. He was honest about what needed immediate attention and what could wait, never pushing unnecessary upsells also the workspace was left cleaner than he found it, and my AC has never run smoother or quieter. ?If you’re looking for someone reliable who gets the job done right the first time, Scott is your guy. A truly exceptional professional!"
