I found them online and was a bit hesitant but that’s why I’m coming to leave a review, because it was all great. my elderly Colombian parents AC unit wasn’t working. They found the issue. It was the motor of the furnace, replace it and also filled the gas in the AC. Super honest and efficient. Highly recommend them. And will call them again for sure. I communicated with Tony, and he met me to check the isssue. he was super nice. Also he sent technicians that spoke Spanish when we approved the work so my parents could understand them.
Tony is great! We moved into our house and one of the hvac places they spend thousands on advertising gave us a very high quote. Tony came out and gave us a much better quote, but said we didn’t need to replace it. Fast forward and one of our units (upstairs) was leaking and he came out and said I didn’t need a full AC replacement and fixed the leak for about a third the cost of a new unit. Fast forward a couple of years - our main unit was 18 years old. We were told that we could get it fixed now when the wait is only a few weeks and not hot outside - it was in May - or wait until it fails during the summer when it is hot and will take several weeks to get it replaced. We had 2 others bid the job in addition to Tony. Tony was about the same as one of the others and quite a bit lower than the third. We went with Tony since we knew we could trust him. We have been so happy.
I can't say enough good about Air-time. My tankless water heater went out just before Christmas and I called another company, foolishly. I went without hot water for 3 weeks, over the holidays. I was referred to Tony and he came right out, looked at everything, listened patiently to my story, took measurements and gave me a firm realistic price for every option available. He then got me on his schedule in 48 hours and sent a crew out. The crew he sent were fantastic! Professional, clean, considerate and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and in half a day I had hot water. I am so grateful for Air-time and everyone who works there. I will never go anywhere else again!
