Blake was a huge help — he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. He was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.

They replaced my furnace (and installed new thermostats) on very short notice, which I really appreciated. The team was fast, efficient, professional, and extremely polite throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done quickly and cleanly, and the system is working perfectly. I have a rental units and the tenants notified me that the heater wasn’t working. I found some good reviews of Paradise online so decided to give them a try. They worked with my tenants to schedule a time and were able to come look at it the same day. Kaine called me and explained what he found and gave me several options for just fixing the broken part or potentially replacing other parts that were old and/or doing some cleaning and servicing. The prices all seemed reasonable and they were able to fix it the next day
