Can't say enough good about the service we received. After messing around with another service provider for two months (who ultimately told us the parts we needed were no longer available), we found Uinta Air. They promptly called me back, had someone to our home within a day, and had the machine up and running with the appropriate parts within a week. Prompt and professional service. They were able to send a technician out same day, which was amazing! They send appointment reminders via text, and the technician calls when they are in route. Stephanie not only fixed my A/C, but she was able to get me set up for ongoing maintenance service that we really needed. She also educated me about the units I have and how to keep them clean and running. Overall, an outstanding experience!
