Good review, I promise! I did have to wait from 8:30am until 3pm but ultimately, these guys did come through and installed my self-purchased Google Nest thermostat and cleared out the lines. They originally installed my air handler and compressor in 2016. They Do know what they're doing! I was desperate, being without AC for 5 days, but they did the job and then some! Thank you Jorge and everyone who came!
DO NOT USE THEM!By far the worst company I have every had the displeasure of having to work with. Installed my unit a few years ago, and have had issues ever since.First issue: upon install, they forgot to tighten a valve in the inside air handler and all the refrigerant leaked out, they came out and told me that this was a maintenance issue and since I have not taken care of the unit it caused a leak. It was 1 weeks since they installed the unit, once they figured that out they changed their tone and fixed it. if that doesn't yell "crooks" I don't know what does.After that I have had a series of issues and since I have parts and labor warranty on my unit I have tried to call them out to fix it. They refuse to answer the phone, do not call back when a message is left (voicemail has been full for the last 3 weeks), they have a text option which they do not respond to, and I have sent multiple emails.Overall, do not hire them. Do not have a system installed by them. But if you do, can you tell them to check their voicemail/texts/email and respond to me?
Very friendly before service. Called me 10 plus times to get me sign the contract. Then crickets. When calling to find out when the AC will be installed, no answer and when Deigo answers, very short. Promises to call back and never does. Waiting for installation and found out permit wasn’t even put in to start the job. sorry but this is not it. No customer service at all. I called and cancelled and got another company. Good luck treating people badly after trying to spend money with your company
This air conditioning business has been taking care of me for well over a year. They're always there to lend a hand, and they never fail to deliver on time. A rare find: an organization that installs air conditioners with pride and skill. I think this company is great and would tell anyone to get in touch with them ;)
I just had my second AC unit replaced by Universal HVAC Corp and received outstanding service from them, thank you sir! This is my second time working with Universal and I'm am even more satisfied by the attention of details and recommendations by him. Very professional, trustworthy and polite. I highly recommend using Universal Services and they are much more reasonable than other companies. The service crew did an outstanding job!
