Showed up on time, completed the task as stated on the contract and fun to work with. Explained the entire process of exchanging out our old HVAC and Furnace Coils. Josue is a great communicator, as well as experieced, knowledgeable, and an efficient HVAC Man. He updated us with his exact ETA, he explained the functions of our heat pump equipment, how to use our thermostat equipment, how to check if the heat pump is running correctly, and explained the process and importance of registering our heat pump equipemnt. All at a very competitive price. :)
He also was able to locate our home that is not correctly identified on Google maps. He has the critical thinking skills needed to do things well. We will be calling him for any of our future HVAC needs. Thank you Josue!
