Our hot water heater went out unfortunately and we needed a new one. Taylor at Dyess Air and Plumbing was very helpful and made sure I received the right hot water heater and went into detail about everything I needed to know. Randy came and did the installation and he was great. He made the installation look easy. Randy made sure everything worked properly with the new hot water heater before leaving.
Our technician, Hunter, was excellent! Personable. Professional. Polite. Very knowledgeable. His review of our HVAC issues and his explanation of what needed to be done was perfect. He then got the necessary items needed, fixed the issue, and ensured the system worked efficiently. All within a few hours.
