This company is outstanding. Their entire staff from receptionist who sets up appointments to HVAC techs are very professional. I highly recommend EAC. We had a problem with our system and called first thing the day after Christmas and they fit us in right away. Nathan was our technician and was very helpful, professional and thorough. He figured out the issue right away and was able to fix it. We really appreciate their great service.
As we were going out of town, we noticed that there was an exposed wire leading from our outside HVAC unit which had been replaced several weeks ago. We contacted EAC and they sent Nathan to handle the issue. Upon completion, I received an invoice (no charge) indicating just what had been done. We've been an EAC customer for about 13 years and have always been pleased with their quality of work, customer service and speed of response.
