Albert from Airpros was terrific from start to finish, rarely do you find someone aside from an owner who is dedicated to their job & takes the time to explain the how & whys of everything. From start to finish he explained the need for routine maintenance from outside to inside (it’s easy to forget the machine outside does 1/2 the work “out of site out of mind”), and the need to routinely change your filters monthly & not skip either. He explained everything top to bottom, outside unit, inside unit, ac ducts… along with photos that he took along the way ???? to the service and ???? to the explanations! Much thanks!
