I had some plumbing work done recently with help of All Year Cooling &Plumbing, and I can’t believe the difference it’s made. The technician was prompt and professional, quickly diagnosing the issue with my leaky faucet. They replaced the old parts and even offered tips on maintenance to prevent future problems. The water pressure has improved significantly, and there are no more annoying drips. It's such a relief to have reliable plumbing again. Highly recommend getting a professional to handle any plumbing issues—it's worth it!
Aquarius Air Conditioner did a great job in the maintenance of my air conditioners. I have three units in my house and they have kept them running smoothly and sparkling clean inside. David, their technician did a great job in making sure everything was done with care and detail.
I’m frustrated writing this review because my issue is not with the technicians. The technician who installed my water heater Scott F./Diego C., were great—professional, timely, respectful, and even went out of his way to help us with our association. No complaints there. I would gladly work with the field technicians again.The real problem is the office and customer service, which has been extremely disappointing.I first spoke with Jackie, who overcharged my account and never apologized. She was very cavalier about the refund, so much so that I made a note to follow up on it. Glad i did, over two weeks later—still no refund! I called, left a message, and no one returned my call. When I called again, the person who answered asked who I spoke to last time. I said, “I’m not sure—maybe you have notes?” That’s when I decided I needed to get everyone’s name going forward.Next, I spoke with Laurie, who also never apologized for the unresolved refund and delay, didn’t seem to know what to do, and told me she would call me back… and didn’t. Instead, I received an email telling me to pay the full balance of my invoice. Are you kidding me???I checked my bank statement, and sure enough—they had already taken the money out. So I called again. After putting me on hold, Laurie finally said it was a mistake and “your check is in the mail.” But I felt like I had to ask every missing question because nothing was explained:1.The first person told me the refund would go back to my account—not a mailed check.2. No one confirmed the mailing address, even though I clearly stated this was a rental property.They ended up sending the refund check to the rental address and simply told me to “get it from the tenant.” Completely unacceptable. They should have confirmed the correct address before sending it. When I pointed this out, Laurie said she didn’t know how the refund was going to be sent. My response was, “Well, if you didn’t know, how am I supposed to know?”It’s unfortunate because the technicians do great work, but the poor customer service from the office overshadows everything. I genuinely considered referring them more business—I have multiple properties—but after this experience, I can’t in good conscience recommend the company.
We have been waiting for a month to “receive a part” to fix our AC unit. Each call, we get the run around. We have experienced two medical emergencies due to the excessive heat and have no idea when the issue will be resolved because no one is giving us the courtesy of a call us back to provide an update.I am quite disappointed in the service from this company. We’ve been charged and have not received good service. I told the tech something was wrong with the thermostat and he just flushed the pipe for $275! Which did not resolve the cooling issue. Now we are a month with no AC and no resolution in sight.Update 7/8/2025: the response is an automatic generated message because there is no way to actually respond nor contact the company. And I certainly cannot add my number here.
Robby and Otto was very professional. The service was excellent , they fixed my problem which couldn’t fix other plumber before! Highly recommended!
