Nathan from United State Solutions checked the attic and showed us that the insulation level was very low and uneven in several areas.They added new attic insulation to bring it up to the proper level. Since the work was completed, the house holds the temperature much better and the AC doesn’t run as long as it used to.Nathan explained the process clearly and made the whole experience easy. I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. Nearly every month, a new issue arises with my AC unit. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the root problem, it feels like temporary patches are being done just to get by. On top of that, there have been repeated attempts to void my warranty rather than stand behind the work performed. Customer service has also been frustrating, the representative I speak with consistently has an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest AC service.
