Jose is the consummate professional and so is Adrian. They were knowledgeable and kind and I loved that Jose took the time to try and educate me about what the issue was. You can see his passion for the craft. I also appreciate that this company has worked on units like ours, that are not more common. I always check BBB before going with a company and this one was given an A+ rating. Grateful for their support in a time of need! (This was a diagnostic visit - it was $65.)
