Reviews
What customers say
One customer praised the Mitsubishi Electric equipment and said the company stands behind the product it sells. Another reported leaving multiple voicemails and calling repeatedly for hours without speaking to an employee; an email also went unanswered while the customer sought an urgently needed AC unit for a family with young children. A third customer felt staff seemed annoyed when the customer did not know A/C terminology.

This company sells what I believe to be the best brand of HVAC equipment there is on the market, Mitsubishi Electric. They stand behind the product that they sell, and although they don’t have flashy commercials or pretty girls hawking their products, they quietly and confidently provide the islands with the most reliable and serviceable AC brand. I highly recommend these guys and the Mitsubishi Electric lineup of air conditioning equipment.

Absolutely atrocious business practices, I have left multiple voicemails and I have called countless times over several hours just to speak to someone for an AC unit that is desperately needed for a family with young children. To add insult to injury I have also emailed them for a “faster response” and I’m still waiting. I have yet to talk to any of the employees and I am losing money because of the wait. I even gave them an additional chance by completing an entire work order while the cursor was still blinking on this review and it’s now an additional 3 hours later and I still have yet to get a reply to my email or voicemails.
