Clear the Air AC provided excellent service. It's easy to schedule online, they provide a 4 hr window, the technician call when they're on their way, they take photos to document the job and share them with me via email. The refrigerant leak was not repairable, so we had to replace both the condenser and evaporator unit due to phase out of the R-410 refrigerant. The install was done the next day in 4 hours. The workmanship looks excellent. A day after install, another technician visited for a quality check and install a surge protector. I'm happy with their scheduling, communication and service and will hire them in the future.

Thank you Clear the Air. Michael Schmidt came out assessed the issue. Same day repair. He was able to get the part so I did not have to wait another day or two in the heat. Michael was very informative and walked me through everything he was checking and testing. Will definitely use this company again and request Michael for service. I did sign up up for the membership. Price to repair was within scope.
