Mission Air Conditioning & Plumbing

I basically needed a second opinion on my new system to confirm it is it working correctly, did I set up thermostat correctly (very high level one), etc. Very impressed with James and his knowledge of my new Daikin system. These new systems are very different than typical HVACs, and James is very familiar with the new systems. He was very thorough, professional and took time to explain everything in clear "layman" detail. I also was impressed with the level of customer service when I called in the service request and the follow up. Found Mission Air by Google search, and read all the reviews on Google, Yelp and Nextdoor... all were very high ratings, and I can honestly say that based on my experience, the high ratings are very well-deserved.

I always like to support local businesses, so when we started having a few plumbing issues, I found a few companies via a Google search and Mission AC & Plumbing was one of them. Damar from Mission came out at the scheduled time and looked at a few of our pipes under sinks that were needing repair. He was extremely patient and was able to explain exactly what repairs needed to be done. We will be getting a few more estimates, but Damar and Mission’s customer service are excellent. Highly recommend!

Great company and their technicians are super knowledgeable! Seth and Juan were awesome and fixed everything and explained everything throughly. I give each of the 5/5 stars! I liked them so much I joined as a member! Definitely give them call if you need help with your HVAC and or Water heaters.

2nd time using Mission. Very well organized. Great communications and punctual. Corbyn was my technician both times and I’ll ask for him again. He is very thorough and explains the work very well so i understand my service and repair. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Seth Leu from Mission AC & Plumbing and couldn’t be more impressed. Seth was extremely kind, professional, and respectful of our home. He took the time to carefully evaluate our heating issue and was incredibly thorough in his assessment. He clearly explained what was going on with our system and provided excellent insight into both the immediate issue and potential long-term points to consider, helping us understand our options without any pressure. He answered all of our questions, leaving us confident in the plan moving forward. We were absolutely thankful for his attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to educate us through the entire process. We definitely recommend Seth and Mission AC & Plumbing for any HVAC needs.
