So glad I chose The Lee Thompson Co.! Adam, my minisplit installer, arrive on time and was courteous to me and respectful of my home. Adam inspired confidence, not only with his knowledge of minisplit a/c units, but with his experience in maintaining the unit to ensure it's long life. His "helper" Billy was also very professional. He worked side by side with Adam every step of the way and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everything was done correctly. Adam and Billy cleaned up after themselves, taking away the old unit, but not before Adam went over every aspect of the minisplit operation, Billy listening intently like I was. Dustin, the sales representative, was outstanding — he arranged everything seamlessly, stayed highly responsive throughout the process, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The installers — Joe, Rodolfo, and Billy — were equally impressive. They were quick, extremely thorough, and truly went above and beyond. They took the time to clearly explain what they did and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Best of all, they left zero trace of any mess. Professional, efficient, and top-notch customer service all around. I scheduled a service maintenance call and the Lee Thompson Company sent me the name and a picture of the technician on the way that day. Adam was very curtious and helpful. He went above and beyond helping me learn about my very dirty filter and how to replace it. He took photos and explained things that were concerning to him. He then patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

Adam arrived right on time. I had not met him before, but even with all my detailed information about my AC/heating units he was very patience and went right to work in my attic to check out the 2 heating systems for the winter. He spent quite a while checking out both to make sure my home was ready to withstand the cold. I have been using Lee Thompson for several years and trust them will all my HVAC work. My last technician, Ethan, was exceptional. He explained everything thoroughly and did an excellent job of indicating what issues needed to be addressed immediately versus those that could wait. Highly recommend!
