Charlie (the owner) is who came. Super friendly guy. He fixed the problem quickly while explaining it in detail. He even provided advice on basic maintenance I could do to extend the life as long as possible.

I don't want to have any future HVAC issues, but if I do then I know I will call them again.

The install crew, Jeff and Derek, were great. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. The workmanship is clean, the new furnace runs perfectly, and they made sure I understood how everything worked before they left.

This made the entire process seemless and stress free. They were punctual, professional , communicative and left everything clean when finished. Big Wave Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations. Charlie, the owner, did a very thorough attic inspection and even beat a big-box store’s lower estimate by several thousand dollars. The installation crew was clean, professional, and friendly. Jeff, the lead, patiently coached a new tech, which really impressed us. We also learned Charlie and Jeff are lifelong friends from Massachusetts, and that trust shows in how the team works together. Charlie recommended an electric heat pump that pairs with our solar panels, is whisper-quiet, and qualifies for tax credits. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Big Wave!
