Jeff and Derek did the installation and were also very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and we would recommend them highly.

They called the morning of the service to verify the problem. They texted when they were on their way.Charlie (the owner) is who came. Super friendly guy. He fixed the problem quickly while explaining it in detail. Big Wave put on an exhaust for my furnace and reattached ALL my ducting in my attic. Charlie was very accommodating with my schedule and was able to work directly with the asbestos abatement company. This made the entire process seemless and stress free. They were punctual, professional , communicative and left everything clean when finished. I highly recommend giving them a call to explain what you need done and they'll get it done. I was totally impressed with how they handled everything!
