Sean answered on the first ring, there within 30 minutes, and promptly identified the issue and got to solving it. He changed a critical AC unit motor for our spa just as the weather was starting to heat up. He also changed some vent filters for us that had gotten pretty dirty and hadn't been changed in quite some time. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent.I'd suggest anyone works with Sean before they go to a private equity backed HVAC company that tries to push full system replacements on you! My preferred vendors don't have foreign call centers / AI agents answering the calls. They don't ask for 10 pieces of information before telling me whether or not they have an available slot for me. Sean is the man!
