Our realtor had Thompsons’ Company on their vendor's recommendation list when we had first purchased our home. We had gone through a few in-home walk throughs with various companies but when we got to speak to Matt it was a breath of fresh air. We didn’t feel coaxed, or pushed- he went through all the details of the job and let us sit on it for a while before we came up with a decision. Straight and thorough estimate, with a very flexible schedule for us to work around to let the install come. We had 2 technicians come to our home to install today, and though the job ran longer than they anticipated, they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running. Happy to say our AC and Furnance are completely replaced, and we LOVE our new nest! Took advantage of their flexible interest free rate and they're well worth the money. Can’t recommend this company enough.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Thomas Air Conditioning and Heating. From the very first phone call, I felt genuinely cared for. I was having issues with my thermostat and heater not connecting properly, and it was becoming really frustrating. The woman who answered the phone was so kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to listen and thoughtfully looked through the schedule to find the best possible day to send someone out. That level of consideration immediately put me at ease.When Danny arrived, I was beyond impressed. He was an absolute delight and was professional, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. You can truly tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Danny absolutely does. I felt confident and reassured knowing I was in capable hands.One of the things I appreciated most was the excellent communication. So many companies give you a huge, vague window like 8am–7pm, leaving you stuck waiting around all day. But this was completely different. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes before Danny arrived, which allowed me to be prepared and plan my day accordingly. That small gesture made such a big difference and showed how much they respect their customers’ time.Overall, this was such a positive experience during what could have been a stressful situation. Great experience with Zack! We had a funky smell coming from the vents when the heat kicked on and Thomson was able to send someone out the soonest after calling around.Zack was quick at diagnosing the problem and got us flushed out in no time. The additional comprehensive diagnostic report that was provided also highlighted the level of detail that went into looking over our entire system. Some system suggestions were provided afterwards however there was no pressure to do any additional work or spending. The diagnostic cost was reasonable and everything was all said and done within a little over an hour.Happy to have a new reliable HVAC company!
I have used Thomson AC twice to install mini splits and have had very positive experiences with them. Tim is a very kind and knowledgeable person and very patient answering any questions I had. Haley is very sweet and responsive whenever I contacted her. The crew who did the installation were very professional and respectful. I had an inspection done after installation and the inspector was very impressed with the work that they had done. I highly recommend Thomson AC.
