Conditioned Air Solutions

CJ just came out and helped me with a handful of plumbing problems. He was super knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and I learned a lot along the way. I use Conditioned Air Solutions for both plumbing and AC work, and every single time the technicians are amazing. Would recommend.

These folks are great! I've not had one bit of trouble out of my unit since I purchased it. And Jesse Tanner my HVAC technician is always so friendly and explains everything about what he is doing. He goes over and beyond to help with any questions. And he is very knowledgeable.

I recently had a new air conditioning system installed downstairs, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They laid out a protective covering on the walkways and cleaned up afterwards. The pricing was very reasonable and clearly explained upfront—no hidden fees or surprises. Quote and invoice are all electronically sent to email. They took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose a system that fit both my needs and budget. The installation was completed on schedule, and the technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was tested thoroughly before leaving. Another quality controller will arrive within 24 hours to check on the finished work. Great professionalism. communication and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Josh Boshaw from Conditioned Air Solutions was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and methodical. He took the time to actually diagnose the issue instead of jumping straight to assumptions or quick fixes. He explained what he was seeing in clear, straightforward terms and walked me through the options so I could make an informed decision without any pressure. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. Josh clearly knows his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. He was respectful of my home, efficient with his time, and focused on solving the problem correctly rather than just getting in and out. It’s rare to find a technician who combines technical competence with strong communication and integrity, but Josh does exactly that. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your HVAC system, ask for him specifically. Conditioned Air Solutions is lucky to have him. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people at Conditioned Air Solutions who replaced both of our HVAC systems in record time. Russ came out and gave us a really good quote for the units and got the ball rolling on installation day…which was only 2 business days later. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and kept us informed of everything they were doing throughout the entire installation process. My husband and I are very very pleased with both of the Daikin units and with the company’s worry-free maintenance/protection plan. Conditioned Air Solutions is truly a 5 -star company!
