I called and Darren called me right back. He had some one come out within the hour. It was the flame sensor, Chase cleaned it and checked everything else out. my experience with Chapman has been exceptional, I've had them out a few times for my older ac unit. I was upfront with them about what I could afford and they were upfront about my unit, and its issues. every time they've been out its been quick and to the point. definitely some great work ethic and knowledgeable service, I will call them again for sure!
