I do not recommend this company.They advertised on Facebook for a $59.99 inspection to check the electrical system of the air conditioning. I clearly told them before they started: do not touch anything, because my AC was working fine. I only wanted a basic inspection and cleaning if needed.After they left, my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Since then, I haven't been able to use it properly. Now the fan is not working at all.When I contacted the company, they said they "didn't touch anything" and refused to take responsibility. They told me I would have to pay again for them to come out and check it. They are ignoring my calls and not trying to resolve the issue.I ended up calling another technician to come check the system for an estimate. He told me that the wiring had been messed up, which is likely why the fan stopped workingVery disappointing experience. I feel misled by the advertisement and unsupported when a problem occurred immediately after their visit.
Needed to replace very old furnace. Prompt response to on-line search and service inquiry. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional communication. Quoted price was higher than alternate service providers. Value for on-time reliable installation is excellent. Safe, clean, installation by experienced technician and assistant. New furnace functions as promised - thank you. We will see how post-installation inspection and follow-through on required permits are handled by Greenstar and permitting agency - fingers crossed ; ) ... updating this review - the installed furnace passed rigorous inspection today - the California state inspector commended Greenstar for a top notch installation, rare and well-deserved high praise. Thank you, Greenstar!
These guys are super predatory. Had our AC/Heater tuned up through Home Depot and these guys were the authorized company that scheduled us. Not only did they reschedule 4 times but the guy that finally did the tune up put a bypass in our wires and cranked up the heater pressure to create a service call. I would NEVER go with this company again and will be reporting to BBB. This is shady, dangerous and outright disgusting. I can't imagine the amount of people they have scammed into doing the "fixes" they suggest. Luckily we called the person that installed it years ago and he was honest and fixed the bypass and pressure.
This company has the worst customer service. Had an appointment and after waiting all day I was notified technician wouldn’t be able to make it. They could reschedule me for the following week (6 days later), between 8-12. On the day of the appointment no one showed up so at 2 I called only to find out they could come out between 3-4. Got a text at 4:30 to tell me they would be out between 5:50-6:15. At that point I was done. When the tech finally showed up I couldn’t get the service done bc I had a meeting to go to at 6. The dispatch office is the worse, they kept saying not to worry, they would send someone the next day (Thanksgiving), they could see there were people scheduled to work that day, NOT TRUE. The technician that came called his boss bc he was unaware of the claim dispatch was talking about. Obviously dispatch doesn’t communicate with the local offices. This company has no regard for the customers, their satisfaction and good service.I am grateful to Richard, the technician who came early the next day (Thanksgiving) and performed the service. He was very thorough and pleasant. Richard is definitely an asset to the company and I hope they appreciate his dedication and professionalism to the job.I definitely would NOT recommend Greenstar due to poor customer service and lack of communication with dispatch and technicians and especially the customers.
I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed but damage needed to be done. Mr. Robert Hauser was sent to inspect the damage and then he came back and repaired everything. Mr. Hauser was so nice and explained everything then he repaired everything so that it looked like new. He was very fast and professional but the most important thing is how wonderful his work was. I would highly recommend him and his company.
