I recently replaced the entire HVAC system in my home and obtained three quotes from different vendors, including Costco. I did my best to compare apples to apples, even though each company carried different brands. After carefully reviewing all proposals, I chose Irvine Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Inc., and I’m very glad I did.

Their proposal was exceptionally clear, detailed, and professional. Their pricing was fair and competitive. Communication throughout the process was prompt, courteous, and straightforward — no pressure, no sales gimmicks.

Once I signed the agreement, they scheduled the installation right away. The crew, led by Stanley, did an outstanding job. The workmanship was clean, organized, and clearly done by people who take pride in their craft.

We upgraded to a Daikin Fit heat pump giving 19 seer efficiency. Robert and his team never failed to reply to my many questions tho he’s incredibly busy installing (tax credit deadline). Robert also knows the ins and outs of the equipment in a way that helped us to feel comfortable making a move away from our conventional gas furnace. And he maximized all avenues to give us savings. I will be relaying our positive experience to OC Goes Solar as this community group has been pivotal in helping hundreds of homes in Irvine select ethical solar installers and other means to electrify affordably.

Our 37 year old AC broke down during the hottest week of the summer. I got 4-5 different quotes and Irvine Air Conditioning had the best price! Stan was much more knowledgeable than the other companies. He did our heater last year. Him and his team are honest, smart, nice, and respond very quickly. Check out the pictures of the new ac (the last picture is our old ac). Now our house is cool - the ac works great :)
