I have a new best friend who knows what they are doing. My Bosch dishwasher quit working, now it is in operation. ( so much less expensive than the “Bosch” company)Joe was on time, personable and took care of us today! Definitely call for other appliances, too!
My experience was a house call. This is a family-owned business and the technician is a member of the family. He was very knowledgeable about quite a number of things. He fixed my dishwasher in record time. I thought it was going to be a big problem but he took care of it. He was very practical and the cost of the visit and the repair was quite modest in my opinion.
So pleased with American Air Customs. They are truly a top notch vendor. My technician Joe is wonderful. Very polite and on time each and every visit. Even came out on a Friday night in the summer when my AC wasn’t working. Why can’t all companies be like them !!!!
We had issues with our freshly out of warranty dish washer, American Air & Joe were fantastic every step of the way. We ended up replacing the unit but can't speak highly enough of Joe and the team - they were flexible, incredibly transparent in their price and process.
