I found my new HVAC service company.Our AC went out, and I received an outrageous quote from my existing service company (including $700 to put red dye in our system to test for a leak). My In-laws recommended calling Ken for a second opinion.Ken personally called me that afternoon and spent 30 minutes troubleshooting my issue with me. I love the service with Ken Murray's! This is a family run, local and honest business. Kenny explains issues very thoroughly and offers very competitive pricing! I used this company two years ago when I found a recommendation on NextDoor. They were able to address my issue the same day to get my AC up and running when it was 100 degrees outside. I received the same service this past weekend. Kenny himself came over within 30 minutes because he was already in the area. Within 1 hour he had replaced the motor and got my AC working again. The great part about his service is that he carries Lennox parts on his truck. Since that is the type of unit I have he has all parts on hand, so the customer does not have to wait for a part to be ordered or picked up! Kenny is also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend Ken Murray's!
