David was thorough and friendly. I see why he has been with Spencer's 43 years. He was very knowledgeable and had tips for keeping my unit in working order. David is an excellent representation of your company values.

I have used Spencer Air for years and they always provide reliable, professional service. Their service after the sale is top notch. After a new unit was installed last year, David found an undetected gas leak on the free post installation inspection on a unit they did not install. Highly recommend Spencer Air.
