Zach M called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He updated my furnace quickly and was very polite while here. Would highly recommend Vredevoogd for new furnaces and Zach for excellent customer service.

Vince was on time, professional and very thorough. He educated me about the ac and furnace system in a way that left me feeling empowered to make decisions about the services I needed for my home. He was so kind and went the extra mile to verify his work was successful before leaving. I requested service at 7pm for the next day and was immediately answered by their customer service team to get on the schedule for the next day! Thank you for making the process easy!

Jordan was amazing! He fixed my problem quickly, explained it to me in a way I understood and told me how to prevent issues in the future. He was also really great because he acknowledged my 2 year old and let my dogs get used to him which is really important at my house. He also noticed my husband's service uniform and gave me the discount despite my husband not being home. He was speedy, considerate, and knowledgeable.
