He instantly knew the problem at hand pertaining to why the air in the house was not circulating/working properly in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. This week my confidence in Comfortech was restored by Steven Tollison and Elliot Wallace who provided a seasonal service on HVAC units at two different properties. I have had PREVIOUS appointments confirmed where the tech either didn't show up or called well outside of the service window to say they were en route after I had spent a significant amount of time away from work to honor the block of time I had agreed to for the service to be done. For these separate services, both Steven and Elliot - respectively - were prompt, professional, and personable. I appreciate them both for their timeliness and the quick follow up after the service to share that the units at these properties are good to go until the next scheduled service. Thanks to you both!
