I have used Ada over the last year and they have made a customer out of me Bought a new unit for my rental property and had my home serviced I got three units in my house and two units in my rental They all are fair and honest with all their services I would give them a ten out ten Thanks to Brandy too
When turning on our heating unit for the first time this fall, noticed the heater was blowing out cold air. I called ADA and they were very responsive in getting a technician out to look at the unit. Thankfully, the only issue was that the pilot light needed to be re-lit. They charged a 79.00 diagnostic fee which I understood, however, I was charged an additional 123.00 to re-lit the pilot light. In my mind, that was an excessive fee. Total bill for basically a 20 minute visit was 202.00. I doubt that I will be calling ADA again.
I’m very pleased with the service I received today. Mr. Todd and his crew were punctual, friendly and professional. They took care of my issue with the A/C upstairs and also completed the VIP Service Maintenance on both units at no cost for this visit. If you don’t have a maintenance plan, you need to get the VIP Service Maintenance from Ada, LLC.
