A great experience from start to finish. It was easy to schedule a call. They actually came when they said they would. Our unit was installed the same week that we had a problem. All of their people were so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. It is refreshing to deal with truly kind and professional people.
We had an issue with our unit. I called and they were able to come out the same day. Carter checked out our unit and recommended what we needed. He was able to fix it the same day and get us on track for regular maintenance. Excellent service! We will be using them for all future HVAC needs and recommending them to others.
We moved here and started with this company. They did good service for the price of $199. We paid them an additional 5K in spring of 24 to put in a mini split. Suddenly our cost rose to $398. I called and spoke with Michelle who was friendly at first. I told her I didn't understand why the cost would jump an additional $199 for a unit that is a 3rd of the size of our main unit. She explained it was $199 per unit. I told that since we are paid now thru 11/2026 (they do not do refunds), we will not be renewing with them in 2026. She then very fastly with a bit of an attitude, "well good luck, goodbye" and hung up. Basically, if you're giving them money they are happy if you voice a valid concern, ya get attitude. I'll be calling around for lower pricing.I will also tell you that I called around and there are cheaper companies out there.
Riley and Jonathan were great! Super professional and punctual. They were thorough and explained what they were doing the whole time. I had issues with my dryer ventilation and they fixed the problem right away. HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for any future needs. It was my birthday and the best gift was having a working dryer again!
I reached out on a Thursday night, they were out first thing the next morning. They determined our 22 year old unit needed replaced (it was on its last leg when we bought the house). They had a seamless transition from their service tech to their salesman.Over the weekend, they provided me with portable AC units to keep cool, and were out first thing on Monday morning to get my unit replaced, a whole home air purifier installed, some ductwork replaced, and a whole home duct cleaning. 10/10 experience.As somebody who works in the home service industry, it is very rare to find a company that delivers service as high quality as Performance.
