COOL R US did a great job communicating and putting everything in writing for our HVAC replacement. We replaced an older system with a Trane 4-ton heat pump setup (5HPL5 condenser + 5TEM6 air handler) and they were very clear about what was included: permit, surge protectors for indoor/outdoor units, new pad and disconnect, drain safety float switch, filter rack, duct stand, and full system start-up/testing. Josh was responsive and answered all of my questions in detail (labor warranty, parts warranty, lineset testing/reuse policy, permit inspection process, and Trane registration). I also appreciated that they registered the equipment with Trane and provided the warranty confirmation. Overall, professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone comparing HVAC replacement quotes in Jacksonville.

I worked with Josh Conway to purchase a new HVAC system for our townhouse. Josh was able to answer all of our questions and even threw in an option if we would be able to install the unit the same week. Our installers knew what they were doing and worked all day with only a short break for lunch. They cleaned everything up and the system worked fine when they left. The communications were excellent.
