James completed a repair to an exterior line of our AC unit and an upgrade to another unit to extend the usage and service. He is meticulous with his work and communication and I am very grateful that he has been able to service our home the past few years. Excellent AC/Heating Maintenance Service! ?? I recently used Dana’s for my annual air conditioning/heating maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I called to schedule, the customer service was outstanding—polite, efficient, and they easily accommodated my preferred time slot. The technician, Villa, arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, clean all the necessary components, and clearly explain what he was doing and the overall health of my unit. Since the service, my AC has been running quieter and is cooling the house more efficiently than before. I feel confident heading into the Winter knowing my system is in top shape. I highly recommend Dana’s for anyone needing reliable and high-quality AC/Heating maintenance.

James was super personable, really nice guy and knew his trade inside and out. He fit us in last minute the day before Thanksgiving at 3:30pm and fixed us right up. I’ll sleep so much better tonight having AC. Thank you Dana AC and James!
