I called Dana's for service, haven't needed them for over 2 years, and they had a technician at our house within 3 hours. Andrea, who runs the office, is very polite and professional. Villa, the technician, identified the problem and ordered parts promptly. He, too, is very polite and professional. First thing the next morning, Villa arrived with the parts and our system was up and running within an hour. As in the past, Dana's has provided prompt professional service for new installations and repairs with a smile. Thank you very much for keeping our family cool.
