D’Andre serviced our A/C units he was on time. Most of all we received a report of what was done on each unit after the service. I have never received a detailed report such as the one I received from D’Andre after our scheduled maintenance service. I highly recommend purchasing a maintenance package because knowing the health of your A/C units in Florida is top priority and homeowners must stay informed. Great work! Glad I found this company, honest and trustworthy.
Mike was excellent. We have had humidity issues in house. Mike listened to everything we said identified a definite clog and cleared it. He was here for doing twice a year maintenance on the ac unit. Someone is supposed to call me today from the company to discuss humidity issue further. Again, Mike clearly is a great addition to your company imo.

First time using this company for my AC service maintenance. Initially spoke with Missy who scheduled the appointment, she was very helpful and understanding. The service technician Luc was a very nice and respectful youngman. Went over the pictures of my AC unit and future recommendations. Thanks to Missy's helpful customer service, Luc replaced my old UVC light kit with a new one I purchased. I purchased their annual service plan. I hope that the company continues to provide good customer service and that their techs are always diligent with the service and helpful. Thank You!
I’ve never written a non 5 star review but Where do I start….Had a minor issue (eev valve) that I knew about but wanted to see if they can diagnose and fix. I am very busy so always happy to give someone else business if they can help take something off my to do list.First tech, Louis, bumbled around my house looking at my condensate line, spilt water Down my kids wall, didn’t clean it up, and tried to tell me my system was broken and passed me off to a sales guy. Louis had a real issue listening to me and diagnosing the issue.Next guy they sent out, Sacha, was a nicer gentlemen but told me I had a Freon leak. But in the process of looking at my system? managed to break my cassette cover, but didn’t tell me. I noticed a few days later when I got back in town.Overall just extremely frustrating how clumsy this company was. $115 spent for a broken cover and an aggressive sales pitch. I managed to find the time and fixed it myself.I haven’t had time to call their office, but will try to see if they can fix their mistakes.
