Our heat was fixed which I’m happy about. There was a bit of a runaround with some warranty things but it all got straightened out, the service tech was quick and to the point on everything and got us all fixed up after 2 different trips. I recommend this company, not the quickest in the world in terms of calling at 5:30 am and it not being fixed with the heat running until 5:30 pm, but I’m happy it is fixed, and the heat is running again. Great people who care about the customer not just the money.
I called this place third, but now I'll call them first. Called around 7am, the woman on the phone was kind and listened well, made an appointment for me within an hour they gave me the price upfront - Tony came out and was knowledgeable helpful and fast. Diagnosed the problem, offered a temporary solution to help keep my heat running on a COLD January day. These are the real heroes of our community and they still behave like good honest people, not annoyed corporate robots. Very refreshing, thank you for your help and honest fair services. I'll be using them to service my AC and furnace needs moving forward!
AJ was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through various problems with our aging furnace, answering all my questions clearly and in detail. I especially appreciated his concern for our safety with regard to possible dangerous furnace fumes. Outcome wasn't what I wanted to hear (new furnace at $$$) but satisfied it's the right decision at the right time. Very glad I contacted Suburban in our emergency situation.
Suburban was fantastic.I called on Sunday morning, left a message, and they called back in under ten minutes.An easy to understand operator explained the fees, then lined up an appointment for that day.Aiden what's delayed a few minutes at his last appointment? So they updated me with his arrival time with a call and text.Aiden arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, it was a bad blower. He gave me good options and was able to go to a wharehouse and get the part. He installed it, and we had heat again by late afternoon.No overtime or weekend charges and there is a coupon on their website site.I'll definitely call Suburban for my hearing and now any other plumbing or AC issues.
My technician Tony was fabulous. He was honest about continuing issues that I may have after ordering the repairs from the original quote obtained from the prior owner that was two weeks prior to the purchase/service being scheduled. I really appreciate that. I would have given five stars if the prior quote would have fully remediated the issue.
