We are 100% satisfied and completely impressed with this company. Our furnace went out on a cold night in early January. I called three companies and Temperature Pro responded immediately. One of the owners, Mike, was out the next morning and clearly explained our options for repair versus new installation. Since our current systems were very old, we chose a new system under Mike's thorough and informed guidance. Two days later, our installation was complete. We were impressed with every aspect of this experience.Yair, Jonathan, Preston, and Tabor were amazing as they completed the installation. They were skilled, neat, and organized. Before the departed they explained everything perfectly. And, most notably, they were friendly--not just to us but to each other while on the job. Lastly, they each were clearly proud of their work and the company they work for. Our furnace is warm and cozy and got us through that very cold January just fine and with a lower power bill. Jennifer has already called me to schedule our free maintenance appointments for the year. And, yes: I loved the flowers!
I had TemperaturePro come out to look at my furnace when it started making a terrible noise. During the first visit they weren’t able to identify what was causing the issue, which didn’t give me a lot of confidence at the time. However, they did refund the service fee and were responsive when I reached backWhen I called back, they came out again just a few hours later. They provided me a quote for my furnace and water heater. Within two days they completed the installation of both systems.The crew was extremely kind and respectful while working in my home. They were careful not to let my dogs out, took the time to walk me through how everything works, and showed me some basic checks and maintenance I can do myself.The total cost for the furnace and water heater replacement was $6,778, which felt fair for the work completed. The owner even sent flowers, which was a very thoughtful touch.Overall, I would recommend TemperaturePro. They were responsive, professional, and treated me and my home with care.
The team at Temperature Pro are all fantastic to work with, (Shawn, Lauren, Yair, John, and Garrett) they all are very polite and patient with me. Answered all question. Yair and John installed my new furnace in about 6 hours, which I thought would take 8+ hours because it is a Very tight fit to install it. They insured everything is safe and replaced intake and exhaust plumbing. Mike, the owner, even showed up to say thank you. I never had that type of personal experience before. Very polite, professional crew! They able to come out and fix our furnace same day and we were so thankful to have our heat back especially in these low temperatures. The owner gave us beautiful flowers & they explained everything thoroughly and we had holes in our heat exchanger. Would recommend to everyone! We will definitely have them as our go to company for any future issues. Highly recommend!
Staff worked diligently and accommodated all additional inquiries without hesitation. They delivered a quality service, replacing our old furnace of 28 years. All of this while keeping the mess minimal, this is the best HVAC company I've had the pleasure of working with!
