Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling

This was my first experience with Vredevoogd, they were a recommendation. Overall everyone was very professional. the service call confirmed that i needed to replace my very old furnace. Jeremy was able to walk me through the process of selecting the furnace (and A/C) units that best suited my home’s requirements. He explained everything and ensured i was comfortable with my selections. The units were installed THE NEXT DAY!! i had several service personnel performing the installs from multiple disciplines. Derek V, Josh H, and Cody D, were my point of contact during the installs. Drop cloths and shoe covers were used to protect my floors, any mess that was made was cleaned up and the area was returned to its original condition. They even managed to finish a couple of hours earlier than expected. A++

Our tech Jeremy was great! Very knowledgeable and made the visit fun (we had some laughing moments). Got us hooked up with what we needed only and not what we didn't. Like I said very professional and great attitude. Will be doing business with them again, thank you!

New furnace had trouble igniting. Eli came and provided a wonderful service. He explained what had happened and was able to fix the issue in no time. My family has had his assistance once before and he has always been kind and thorough with identifying the root cause and being able to explain so we understand. Thanks again Eli for your assistance!
