Furnace repair went well from start to finish. Both office staff and the technician, Brandon, were professional, prompt, and personable. Issues with the furnace were clearly explained along with steps required for repair. It was an involved job replacing the heat exchanger, but Brandon did it efficiently and neatly. He showed me the defective parts, checked all aspects of the unit to ensure it is functioning as it should, and answered my questions about the job and furnace filters.
Hadwin’s helped us at another property a couple of years ago and we were pleased with their work then, too.
